Born and raised in Michigan, Nicolette is a true enthusiast of all things real estate and living the lifestyle in the Great Lakes State. With a deep appreciation for the Greater Lansing area and Michigan State University; Go Green! As alumni of MSU and married to the Associate Head Wrestling Coach at Michigan State University, the Spartan Spirit is unparallel. Nicolette creates meaningful connections in her community and campus life.
Nicolette has been in real estate for almost a decade serving and guiding her clients on their home journey. She is a member of the Coldwell Banker Professional family; Greater Lansing’s leader in Luxury Home Sales. With her degree in Business Communication, she is a skilled communicator, creative problem solver, and fierce advocate for her clients. True dedication, integrity, and rock-solid relationships are the keys that she attributes to her unlocking success. Nicolette takes tremendous pride in representing her buyers and sellers by going the extra mile to make sure their real estate goals are met; placing her and her clients at the top of the podium.
As a wife of a former NCAA Wrestler in the Big Ten and Greco Roman USA Team Member and Current Colligate Big Ten Coach & Team USA Wrestling Coach, she has moved around for the sport. “I realized my life experiences in buying and selling homes gave me a well-trained eye for real estate.” In 2017, Nicolette began her career in real estate when moving back to East Lansing. Over the years, athletes came to her in different ways. They are either in her sphere or become a campus connection both athletes and non. “Those relationships are worth their weight in gold.”
As well as existing home sales, Nicolette has spent much of the past eight years in New Construction home builds, working hands on with numerous local builders. She has helped her buyers through the process of building their dream home from contract to completion. During this time, she has also designed and built her own home from the ground up where she lives with her husband and MSU Coach, Chris and Performing Artist, daughter Nolla Steli. When she is not selling homes, you can find her with her family and friends that are like family. She enjoys athletics and the arts very much herself as well as cooking and all things home.
